How to convert CSV, TSV or pasted spreadsheet data to PDF
Turn delimited spreadsheet data into a paginated PDF table locally. Upload CSV or TSV, or paste cells copied from a spreadsheet, then choose page size, orientation and table style.
- Upload a .csv or .tsv file, or paste spreadsheet cells directly into the editor.
- Optionally add a document title.
- Choose A4 or US Letter and select Auto, Portrait or Landscape orientation.
- Choose Striped Rows, Clean Minimal or Emerald Modern.
- Convert and inspect the output, especially wide columns, long values and page breaks.
A practical example
A seven-column sales export can be uploaded as CSV. With Auto orientation, 1into1 chooses landscape because the detected table has more than five columns, then splits extra-wide column groups into readable PDF panels when necessary.
Common questions
Does the tool support TSV as well as CSV?
Yes. The parser detects whether the first record is more strongly tab-delimited or comma-delimited and supports both .csv and .tsv uploads.
Can I paste cells from Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Pasted tabular text can be parsed directly, so copied tab-separated spreadsheet cells work without first saving a file.
Does it handle commas inside quoted CSV fields?
Yes. The parser understands quoted fields, escaped double quotes and line breaks inside quoted fields.
How does Auto orientation work?
The current UI chooses landscape automatically when the parsed table has more than five columns; otherwise it uses portrait.
What happens when the table is too wide for one page?
The renderer keeps a readable minimum column width and can split columns into multiple horizontal panels instead of shrinking every column until the text becomes unreadable.
Does the first row become the table header?
Yes. The current renderer treats the first parsed row as the header and repeats that header on continuation pages.
Does CSV preserve Excel formulas, charts or formatting?
No. CSV and TSV contain delimited values rather than full workbook formatting, charts or formulas. The PDF is built from the parsed cell text.
Is the spreadsheet data uploaded?
The parsing and PDF generation run locally in your browser.
